175micron 7mil Long Side Opening Laminating Pouches Size 2-3/4"x4-1/2"(70x114mm)
2-3/4*4-1/2" is a popular size of glossy laminating pouches, which can be used for prayer card lamination.
The thickness of 175micron is a combination of 100micron PET film and 75micron hot melt EVA adhesive.
There are 4 smooth round corners on the 4 edges of these transparent glossy laminating pouches, which offers a smooth effect and prevents hurting the people when operating.

Unlike normal laminating pouches that are short-side sealed, these laminating pouches are long-side sealed(or long side opening).
Glossy laminating pouches have clear transparency and are reflective of the light. Hence, they are mostly used indoors or outdoors where there is no direct light.

What Is Thermal Laminating Pouches?
Thermal laminating pouches (also known as thermal laminating pouch film) is a plastic film used to encapsulate paper items such as documents, photos, and cards. When used with a laminating machine that applies heat and pressure, the film seals the item inside, providing protection against water, moisture, scratches, fading, and tearing, thereby extending the item's lifespan.
Laminating pouches is typically composed of two bonded layers: the Outer layer(base layer): Primarily PET (polyester) film, provides transparency and mechanical strength, the Inner layer(hot-melt adhesive layer): Primarily EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer); it becomes tacky when heated, allowing the film to bond tightly to the paper.
